Article 1: Name of this Service

The name "Hioki Bangladesh " refers to an online system that provides the services defined in Article 4, free of charge (hereinafter referred to as “this Service”), to customers who register as a member (hereinafter “Member”) of the website operated and managed by Hioki Bangladesh (www.hioki.com.bd).

Article 2: Purpose of this Service

This Service aims to bridge communication between Members and Hioki by establishing a real-time, interactive database that accelerates both Member’s and Hioki’s business development through bilateral information exchange.

Article 3: Membership Registration

A customer who applies for membership (hereinafter “Applicant”) must agree to this Terms of Service and submit the required data in the registration form. Upon review and approval, Hioki will send a login password to the provided email address.

Hioki may deny registration in the following cases:
- Incomplete or false information provided
- Previous termination or suspension due to policy violations
- Duplicate registration
- Registration by an unverified or fictitious identity
- Hioki’s own discretion without obligation to disclose reason
The following information must be provided during registration:
- Company Name
- Department
- Title/Designation
- Type of Business
- Name of Applicant
- Company Address
- Company Telephone Number
- Official Company Email
All personal data will be managed according to the Hioki Bangladesh Privacy Policy.
Members must promptly update their registration information if any changes occur.

Article 4: Contents of this Service

Members may access the following:

Product Documents
- PDF downloads of instruction manuals and drawings (hereinafter “Copyrighted Work”).
- All content is protected under copyright law and cannot be reused or modified without consent.
- One printed copy is allowed for legitimate product usage or purchase consideration.
- Content may not always reflect latest product specifications.
- Download/display issues may occur depending on user software/printers.
- Hioki is not responsible for any damages caused by the use of such materials.
Hioki Product Updates & Events
- Members may receive updates on new products, firmware upgrades, trade shows, seminars, and more.
User Registered Products
- Members registering products may receive additional product-related updates.

Article 5: Effective Term

Membership is valid until:

The service is terminated
Hioki loses contact due to outdated member information
Membership is revoked as per these terms

Article 6: Change or Termination of Service

Hioki reserves the right to change or discontinue this Service or its Terms without prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance of such changes.
Hioki shall not be liable for any damage resulting from such changes or termination.

Article 7: Cancellation of Membership

Membership may be revoked if:

Member voluntarily cancels
Violation of these terms
Contact is lost (e.g., due to invalid email)
Misuse of the service for business/self-interest
Inaccurate information is submitted and not corrected
No activity for 3 years
Hioki finds it necessary at its discretion

Article 8: Prohibited Actions

Members must not:

Use another Member’s identity
Use this Service on behalf of an organization without authority
Violate local/international laws

Article 9: Other Provisions

Hioki retains the right to resolve any matter not explicitly addressed in these Terms at its discretion.

Article 10: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Any legal dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
